Can merchandise be returned?

Return requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.  ALL RETURNS REQUIRE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION AND MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.  Returns must be shipped prepaid freight, with the authorization number on the outside of all cartons.  Returned merchandise is subject to an inspection and restocking charge of 15% of the billed amount.  Merchandise that is returned without an authorization number on each carton will be subject to a restocking charge of 30% of the billed amount or, at our discretion, shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.  No credit will be allowed on merchandise that is returned in a non-resellable condition.

Where will my order be shipped from?

Orders will be shipped directly from the warehouse.

Can I ship to a P.O. box?

No.  All orders are required to be shipped to a street address.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal through our secure merchant gateway.

Will I be charged any sales tax?

Sales tax will only be charged on orders placed in Ohio.
